Your format, explained
A 24-team tournament needs 23 played matches to find one champion. The bracket has 5 rounds and 8 first-round byes. Teams are seeded by input order; byes go to the highest seeds. A single loss eliminates a team.
Knockout matches cannot finish in a draw. Enter the decided score after your event’s tiebreaker. Changing an earlier result clears later scores on that branch.
